1. Perfectly fits the Obama as professor image - these are his slides, SOTU is a long lecture in a 75 minute class.

2. What’s authorizing what here? Are the facts authorizing his words? Or is he authorizing the facts? Interesting interplay.

3. More opportunities for visual association (RFK) and also doubling of Obama himself. Two Obamas, one gesture=see, my message is consistent!
